Better and a bit pricier than your typical grocery store. Not always more expensive however. Case in point. I won't make a burger or other ground beef dish with anything other than FMs 80/20 Ground Chuck. It's much more flavorful than the same grind at Harris Teeter and usually it's a tad bit cheaper per pound. Similarly, pay attention to the specials. Last weekend brought wild-caught 16-20 North Carolina shrimp for $9.99/lb. Went through 4 pounds Friday-Sunday and they were absolutely great. Firm, perfect texture with great flavor. And hey... FRESH not frozen and then thawed for display.
