  • I agree with previous posters... the service here is terrible! This place needs new management. We were in line and received our grilled cheese sandwich, and had to wait at least 20 minutes in line to get our soup after that. Trouble is, there was hardly anyone in line! The employees move at snails pace, and because the soup lady had to get something in the kitchen, no other employees would step up to help the station. By the time we sat down, our cheese sandwiches were stone cold. The employees don't act like they care that people are in a backed up line for a very long time. Why on earth can't anyone fix such a simple problem?
