  • Worst customer service ever! We tried this hotel to do something new and kind of romantic, but we will never go back!!!! * Corinne, the front desk lady is very rude, has an attitude, and doesn't know how to communicate with customers. I was asking how to pay for parking upon checkout and instead of simply giving me a straight answer, she started a rundown of Parking-Hotel Lessons 101, trying to lecture and school me about how the parking structure works! Please, learn to communicate better and treat customers in a non passive/aggressive way if you want to work in the Hospitality industry... *Pool is not the best. Yes, you have the Eiffel tower in front of you, but it is small and gets overcrowded. *Hotel is old!! It took us 1:26 minutes to open the door. When calling front desk they said, "just keep on trying... ". It looks like Paris is one of the hotels under the Total Rewards chain that hasn't been remodeled yet. Remember that there are plenty of other options that will make you feel welcomed, take good care of you, and is worth your hard earned money!!
