The associate was very unhelpful with my iPhone GPS issue. He had an apathetic attitude which bordered on contempt the entire time. I paid the 20$ diagnostic charge, he then told me to back up my data to iCloud. I asked him if there was wifi available. He begrudgingly indicated there was, but shockingly, he told me that I should go to starbucks and use theirs instead and do it myself. I did so and returned and he did a restore on my phone which did not fix the issue, in fact it made the problem worse. He shrugged and said I guess you'll have to buy a new phone. I couldn't believe the wanton indifference that this man showed me. I ended up going to a Verizon store, where a helpful man indicated that they didn't offer that service there but decided to help me out instead. He did a quick update on my firmware and my phone was fixed. I will never go to Simply Mac ever again.
