This message was just pointed out to me and I can tell you Chef Leticia's response was a bit underwhelming and obviously defensive. I actually have been back quite a few times and haven't posted - yet - on the long wait times for seating and service. The food has improved, and I'm glad we gave it a chance, but based on this response - which was written on time when the food poisoning occurred - I'm DONE.
We hadn't even seen the Dirty Dining bit until after the food poisoning happened. We have quite a few friends who also love this restaurant and updated me that things were "back to normal" in terms of food quality this summer, so I did give it a shot. However, considering this response, I'm a bit disappointed that Leticia herself would respond in this manner like a petulant child instead of a professional.
Since seeing this response, I've been consistent in telling others close to me to avoid a business that treats its regulars with such disdain. I loved your food, I really did. But your reaction says to me that you don't need my money nor the money of friends and family.
