| - Very good, basic American breakfast. Nothing fancy here, but that's not their target; hence, the name "Farmhouse". They get it right with a rustic simple decor. Staff immediately greeted us and sat us. Everyone at our table ordered egg dishes. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The side salsa looked and tasted homemade (yeah!). Freshly squeezed OJ always gets a thumbs up. The café-au-lait caught my eye, but only after I had ordered regular coffee (which was well balanced, medium strength, and not bitter). Service was pleasant and efficient, given that every table was full in this tiny eatery. After we arrived, there were intermittent short lines outside (always a good sign, especially on a weekday).
