I am a yoga addict. Having done yoga for over 7 years I have seen lots of instructors and the ones here are awesome. Good vibe, really helpful about the nuances of the pose, just the right amount of spiritual (not annoyingly so, just enough to help you think about peace, health and your body). But I don't like a totally hot class where you are dripping and are too slippery to hold a pose, and this unfortunately is like that. I signed up for the mixed power class because it didn't say it was hot. Well, it was. I like balancing poses, headstands, crow.... and I was really challenged just to stay in my down dog without sliding right off my matt. I find that much sweat really really distracting and not the kind of peace and workout I am looking for in yoga. I would totally understand if the class was clearly designated as a hot class but it wasn't. So Y2: great instructor but please advertise clearly that all your classes are hot. It wasn't a pleasant surprise for me.
Or maybe offer some "warm" classes where you get a nice sweat but could not swim around in a giant pool of sweat? Just a thought...
