So I went back today giving the benefit of the doubt knowing that people to have a bad day once a while I went to the store with a small piece of exhaust asking if they can bell it out little bit which I know they have a machine and I know they it . they have done it before in The past and done it for other people. that is how I found out that they do the service. Mind you I am a disabled vet trying to restore a jeep for a friend that died In Iraq. I asked the manger Steve if he could do it I was going to pay for the Service. with a very bad disposition he told me he does not modify parts I tried to explain that In the past they have and done it for my neighbor for his race care instead of standing at the counter making eye contact with me he chose to lean on the end of the counter and be very disrespectful I have tried to contact Someone at the main office with no response take your car some where else not this disrespectful place very disheartening that a company that prides their self on customer service and satisfaction has people like that tarnishing their business and reputation
