  • I am SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I will NEVER go back to Polished! I called a week ago to schedule my mani/pedi and verified that they were able to do a Mickey design for my sons birthday. They said yes they had multiple options for a Mickey design and they could accommodate me. I showed up and after waiting for 30 minutes to be sat down, the girl told me she wasn't able to do the design, so I could either wait 5 hours, yes FIVE HOURS for another technician to become available or I could leave and go somewhere else. Obviously I went somewhere else and will never be going back to polished again.
