  • This company has no communication when it comes to making repairs. I spoke with Flora twice to shut the water off to replace the water heater and when she never got it shut off Bridget stepped in. She also had no clue as to how to schedule a maintenance shut off for the unit. Our technician went out to service and the water was still not shut off. Bridget then tried to have our tech return after not having the water shut off not once but (3) three times! Please be cautious of miscommunication in their office.
