I wasn't happy with my bike repair: a new crank and a new free wheel. The replacement parts weighed more and they looked cheap. So, I complained and asked for my old parts back. The manager said I should have asked to have them saved. It was all my fault and there was nothing he could do. Then he went on to make fun of my bike. "It's just a Rock Hopper," he said. "It's not like it's a Stump Jumper." Who says that to a customer?
