  • Well, the office staff is very friendly. My room was very clean. ZERO frills. You will not have little lotions, extra toiletries etc in the room. It's January and 36° outside. There is no heater in the rooms and only a thin blanket on the beds. Note: bring your own blankets. However, if you need a cheap place to crash for the night, this place is not bad. Southwest offered 2000 airline points to stay here and I can see why.
