I recently took my daughter's car there to have a stereo installed. Our appointment was near the end of the day and I feel like the employees were rushing. The stereo that we were having them install was a Black Friday purchase from another store. Unbeknownst to us, the stereo was a return HOWEVER, my issue is with the installation that audio express provided. When we picked up the car, they didn't even come out to show us that it worked. All that we could hear was static. We left, thinking we just needed to learn to use it. We were never able to get radio stations to work. We finally got the Bluetooth music to play but it sounded terrible. I took the car to another installer and this is what they found: All 8 speaker wires wound together & uninsulated, the radio antenna was not connected, and the stereo was not grounded. Now that it has been installed properly, our stereo woks and sounds great.
