  • I keep giving them another chance but each time I'm disappointed. I've had to have them run it through the wash a second time on many occasions. Very little attention to detail.... Unless, of course they're trying to up sell you on services. Funny how much time/focus they put on that. If some of that was spent on doing their core wash business better I wouldn't be driving 4 miles out of my way for a car wash.
