  • These guys are the absolute worst! As a physician myself I've seen it all and the out of control rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff is a whole new order. The physicians have absolutely no control of their office and the young girls that run it especially the one that answers the phone, are rude immature nasty arrogant lazy and unbelievably annoying to try to deal with. In trying to send them a patient for a procedure that would've made them a lot of money, the girl that answered the phone flat out told me that I had never sent a referral even though I had talked to their office three times earlier in the week about the referral I sent. It was for an ASAP evaluation. I don't know what these physicians are thinking, because their last office manager, Judy, was very professional and good at her job. If the rude young snippet who is answering the phone now is any indication of the quality of their office I'd run far away. Call Barrow Neurological if you want professional service, this is just a clown car racing toward a wreck.
