  • They left lots of marketing on our doorstep. Finally decided to give them a call. My husband liked what they had to say. We paid up front for a month of weekly cleaning and chemical service (re-occurring monthly payment.) First week was good. Second week the cleaning wasn't great (it actually looked liked they hadn't cleaned at all) and my husband noticed a pin missing from where they turned the timer off. My husband called and inquired nicely. He was given a lot of attitude on the phone. I'm glad he was handling, I wouldn't have had as much patience. Third week, my husband walked through expectations with the guy. Showed him all we usually do. So it was cleaned well, with my husband supervising. Fourth week, no one showed. We tried calling. No one answered or called back. Fifth week, no one showed. Tried calling several times. No one answered or calling back. They had time to charge our credit card for another month of service though. Tried to call them several more times to resolve. No response. We have disputed the charge with our bank. This company isn't worth the hassle.
