  • EXCELLENT front desk customer service though it did take 45m in line the agent was so sweet that I couldn't complain. The pool is worth the resort fee. There are phone chargers wires for android or iPhone built into the rental lockers to charge your phone The rooms were clean and well decorated. I removed the complimentary snacks off display so as not to tempt the kids and they debited $36 off the incidentals deposit. When I explained that I had put them away and I had put them back on the stand, I was pleasantly surprised how fast they credited it back. I got my deposit back by the next day's morning after check out which I thought was fast. The room was a great rate and now they always offer me great specials. I'll be back
