I needed to come back and re-review this spot.
TGH has become a monthly breakfast spot for us. We love the omelets. The quiche is always fresh with a delightful salad on the side and a muffin. I think they have some of the best pancakes in the valley (light, tasty - they NEVER feel heavy nor do they have the aftertaste of poor quality ingredients). Sometimes it can be a little zooey in there as it is a terribly small place and the small rooms mean that servers must be nimble on their feet. But you know what? Susan and the servers make it work.
Hint: go early or go home. Other hint: go late or go home. Miss the crowds in the middle (besides, you know you always wanted to be a bit of a renegade :). We hit here Sundays after mass so we are pulling in at 745 or so - and we have the leisurely breakfast we adore. We have also hit here about 11 when the crowds clear out. These wonderful breakfasts deserve that slower pace to be enjoyed.
My only criticism: they don't have Splenda. But I am used to open carry of Splenda anyway so I am willing to overlook this one ;)
