  • This was the most horrible plumbing experience I have had in my life. Jerry, the owner, came over with his son to help us with our clogged kitchen sink and it was a disaster. He used a bucket I had (did not even have his own bucket) to drain the water that had clogged in the sink, and while it was abundantly clear the bucket was not big enough to contain all the water from the sink, he acted shocked when it began to overflow. Instead of stopping the pipe and trying to empty the bucket and coming back to refill it, Jerry just stood there and shook his head and watched stinking sewage water flood my cabinet and kitchen floor. He then said he didn't have the tools to fix the problem so he would have to contract the work out to someone else, and proceeded to leave me with a cabinet full of water and an unusable sink. The next two plumbers I spoke with said they would never ever leave a client with water that likely has draino in it in their cabinet and kitchen floor. I did everything I could to get jerry to come back that day but he never did, and hung up on me when I asked. Save yourself a lot of headache and go with a more professional company, one that won't leave you completely hanging if the job goes south.
