rev:text	I really enjoy living here. The staff is great, always friendly and they seem to genuinely care about their residents. The maintenance guys fix things in a timely manner, I have never once felt uncomfortable around them (the complex I lived in before this had very, very sketchy maintenance personnel). The grounds are maintained, no showy landscaping, but it always looks nice. Every morning I see the pool area being cleaned up, that's a great thing to see! Our apartment is upgraded with black appliances, "wood" floors (not real hardwood, but honestly you can't even tell), nickel brushed hardware, white cabinets. The buildings are older, but still taken care of- don't expect anything "luxury". I have 2 very minor complaints. There are no sidewalks along the road. There are sidewalks leading from the parking lot to the apartments, but none along the main road. We walk our dog and when a car comes by we have to hop onto the grass to be safe, when the grass is wet it's kind of gross to have to step in it. The second small issue is our upstairs neighbor. Obviously being on the first floor we're going to hear some noise above. However, a couple times a day there are these thuds that shake our apartment. It's like someone that weighs 300 pounds jumped off a dresser. It's usually 1-3 thuds and then nothing! Then a couple hours later, few more thuds, then nothing. It's more startling than anything, it's nothing to complain to management about. Maybe they're practicing sumo wrestling sporadically? Minus those 2 issues it's a nice place to live, we're really enjoying it!
