  • I had a decent manicure, but was quite put off by the manicurist. Although she was very sweet, she spent the entire appointment venting about drama going on in her life. It was super inappropriate and unprofessional. Don't get me wrong, I like to chat... but this was just TMI. For that alone, I can't bring myself to go back. I hope management takes this feedback to heart because customers can easily get turned off by that kind of behaviour.
