  • Myself and my boyfriend absolutely love living here. Our high ceilings make what would be a nice apartment in the first place look even more grand. Gorgeous stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, huge sink, overhead lighting in all rooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, spacious closets, and did I mention the ceilings? The pool is absolutely beautiful, there are hammocks, cabanas, and plenty of lounge chairs. Also there is a grill and prepping space available. I like the parking system here so that people who don't actually live here can't leave there cars in spots that residents should be using. But don't worry about your unexpected guests! There are also limited areas where they can park where they will not be towed. Also they have resident events happening all the time, our favorite is probably the mimosas and donuts! The only issue I would say we have here is when we have packages mailed to us. It's slightly inconsistent. Depending on the carrier they will either put your package in the boxes below the actual mail boxes, it will be delivered to the club house, or just sat right in front of your door. Both myself and my boyfriends leave work in uptown around 5-5:30 pm during the week so we have to rush home to pick up our packages if they are delivered to the clubhouse on a weekday since they normally close at 6:00 pm, excluding Wednesday. Or we just wait until Saturday to pick them up. And if our mail is delivered to the door, it just makes me a bit anxious leaving it there all day. Maybe if there were security cameras in the halls I'd feel better, but I know would that would be expensive. Thanks to the Woodfield Northlake staff for making our experience a great one. :)
