  • First time. Went to acoustic area. The stock was very low on ukuleles. Maybe 5-6 in the entire area. No prices ... how frustrating! WE had to go up front to get the price on a ukulele, that gentlemen who assisted us was very helpful! However ... you can get better prices online elsewhere unless you are looking for something immediately. We also went to get ukulele cases and although they had them in stock with the prices on the wall, when going to check out, the items did not have tags so the cashier in the RED area could not ring it up. We waited about 10 minutes while he looked online trying to figure it out ... and nothing came out of it. We found our experience with Sam Ash as unorganized, obviously it is bad management when the place was not well stocked and labelled and simply unprofessional. We left. We were disappointed they did not have prices on items and the hassle of having to go up front and items ALSO not having price tags, or barcodes on any of the items made it so annoying. GO elsewhere.
