  • I could not be more pleased. Evidently my previous vendor (Century Link) for 15 days did some "interesting" wiring to get the system to work. After removing their service the Internet and Telephone occasionally dropped its signal. Cox had a technician "Chris" - a perfect description true in every sense = come out and using basics traced the problem using thought and hands on searching. The problem - there for over 2 years was aa miswired "thing". He fixed it and telephone and internet are perfect. Thanks COX and especially Chris - a great employee for over 15 years.
