  • What a disappointment. This place is a 2 star motel in disguise! I give it 1 star for its convenient location on the strip and its free luggage storage and flight check-in service. Now back to why I gave it such a low rating. First, upon arrival at the front door there was litter everywhere on the floor, including a piece of pizza (what!?). The lobby is actually pretty cool with the glass dome and the jungle ambiance, however, it reeks of coconut rum plus cheap vanilla perfume smell and the whole lobby was stuffy. On my way through the lobby to the elevator I continue to see more litter on the floor, then 4 to 5 broken glass and candy wrapper on the hallway to my room. Hey, I get it, sometimes it gets really busy in the hotel and the workers don't always have time to clean up the public area right away. But things didn't improve in the hotel room. Wi-Fi didn't work, the carpet was full of human and animal hair and the chairs were the same. Dirt could easily be spotted on the counter and the lamps. I found hair on my bed sheet and under the pillows. I am not even sure if the room was cleaned at all! I am not asking for a luxury 5 star hotel experience, but this is worse than any motel I've stayed in. The only thing I was happy about is we only stayed there for a night.
