| - I originally shopped at Levin because of their sales and great financing options. The most recent purchase was a bedding set, and I recently noticed some defects in the mattress. I had the warranty card, but no receipt, and I thought this was going to be a nightmare. So, I called to simply ask for a copy of my receipt she took it upon herself to file the warranty claim for me. I received a response within days and a visit from an inspector was scheduled for about 10 days from then. He arrived at the very start of the 2-hour window I was given. Within a few days I received a call about the inspector's report, was given 100% credit on an over 2-yr old mattress, and was sent instructions on how to handle the selection of the replacement. The manager handled the transaction, I was not limited to a particular model, only to the amount of the credit. I decided to go with the comparable model since mine was no longer made, and an adjustment was made to the price so that my credit covered the cost...and of course delivery and removal of the old mattress was covered. The delivery guys arrived at the exact start of the 2-hour window I was given. Everyone was polite and efficient, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially when I naturally expected the worst. Thank you Levin, you've got my business for a long time to come!
