  • We are at the Wynn for a conference and were looking for on-property dining. We had a lovely meal at Jardin. The décor is very white - walls, chairs, tables, a little jarring. Our server was attentive, but not overly so, very professional. I had an arugula salad with ricotta and fennel with grilled shrimp, light and tasty. Hubby had salmon that was cooked just right, served with Brussels sprouts. It's the Wynn/Encore so it's pricey, but the quality and overall experience was excellent.
