  • This is a nice enough property, but I checked in and checked right back out again. The reason? In a word, Febreeze. The room was pungent with the smell of it, and it was enough to cause me an asthma attack, had I stayed. I spoke with both the director of housekeeping and the assistant GM, and they both said corporate is to blame. I admonished them both, as they're the ones who are in contact with the public. They offered me another room, but I needed fresh air, so I left. For the record, these so called air fresheners which we are so blithely using are poisonous chemicals, and I wish we'd all stop using them.
