Pros:
Chris in the credit solutions department is amazing. I really felt like he cared about my situation and wanted what was best for me and my husband instead of trying to get a sale. We are in the middle of a bankruptcy and were so stressed about getting a car for each of us that wouldn't make us broke. We knew that the interest rate would be sky high due to our bankruptcy but Chris made this work for us. He is very accommodating and went above and beyond to keep the communication open. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
AD is the Director in the credit solutions department and I've never felt so comfortable before in a car dealership until I met him. He truly made it a great experience and made sure all of my needs were met before we left. He is very friendly and outgoing and very approachable. He was able to make it work for us to both get vehicles that we wanted with smoking deals!
The dealership was serving hot dogs, chips and drinks while we were there which was nice since people spend so much time at dealerships.
Cons:
The website is not up to date what so ever so half of the cars online are not even at the dealership anymore (the employees in charge of doing the website and advertising should really consider updating this more often). The advertised online prices for the cars are not what you get when you go into the dealership, another salesman (not AD or Chris) told me we needed to read the fine print in order to see if we qualify for those prices.
Like most dealerships, the prices are higher than the KBB price, that same salesman told me that they have their own KBB type system to price cars and KBB prices weren't accurate.
