I emailed a document to be printed at 11:30 that need to be mail out - I still had not heard back by 2:30 - I called and spent 14 minutes on hold - to get a quote and when I got the quote around 2:50 I was told - "I have 5 people at the counter and I'll get to it as I can" great but they were also missing additional documents sent by a second email. The manager was apologetic and nice, but what was to be mailed today will have to be redone and mailed tomorrow. I am sure I stretched their abilities - but I should have been told they did not get the additional emails and I should have been told part of the job they could not print. what I resent is the waste of my time.
