  • I'm updating this review because its been several months and I'm not as angry and i once was. That being said my original problem was that i bought a collectors edition of a game and parts were broken and the employees refused to exchange it like the return policy said i could. A manager stepped in and told me i could so i have to give kudos to the manager for that. Aside from that problem this store doesn't have much really wrong with it. It's in a convenient location and the selection of games is pretty good. Only thing you can really complain about if they they sometimes try to keep the case you brought up and give you a blank dvd case with printer paper in it saying what the game is. I've never received a problem getting the case i wanted after telling them i wanted what i brought up. The employees also know a lot about games but you have to talk to the right one, A few don't know what games are. They are more concerned about sales All in all it's really not quite as bad as i first believed it was. If its close and has the game you're looking for then go get it. Don't back down if you have a problem and they will work it out.
