  • Went in today to do the job I hate the most each month-wire money into my loan at home. It's kind of miserable to watch the balance in my chequing account plummet after this task, but the people in this bank make it less painful. They are always just so friendly and efficient. I haven't come across anyone who didn't beam and chat while they tapped away to drain my account, yet they still manage to do the job well. Bullet point summary: -Shiny and new -Open Sundays -Friendly staff. So pleasant they make me feel like a grumpy old person in comparison -Lines can be long but they're pretty efficient -In Chinatown and they have the language skills to prove it
