| - Trying to keep an honest review here. Let me start by saying the beers we had were really good! We had the Spy Dolphin and OBB and both were really tasty.
My only complaints are the following:
- It was very busy which is expected for a brewery/brewpub on a weekend night. However there was no seating available and due to the size of the crowd, it made it hard even being in line to place your order. Even places you could stand were a bit crammed. Not really the brewery's fault, of course, as they do what they can with their space - but, something to consider if you're looking for a place to sit down on the weekend.
- It was difficult to see the beer listing on the TV due to the crowd; and, they didn't have any handouts (that we could see), either. This added a few extra minutes to our decisions on what we were going to order.
- With the above being said, the guy who waited on us wasn't very friendly and seemed flustered that we hadn't fully decided on what we were ordering (I promise you, we weren't taking THAT long to decide - maybe 2-3 minutes). He could see we were struggling to see the menu and rather than giving some suggestions (or handouts if they had them), he made us feel rushed. Therefore, we just picked whatever to satisfy him and let the people behind us go.
I know it's not always easy to keep a smile on your face, especially when you're dealing with a large crowd; however, customer service makes all the impact. The whole time we were there, we felt like we were bothersome to the people behind the counter.
Overall, they have some pretty great beers to try and the place is a cool spot! Very modern and clean.
