  • Dylan is hands down the best person I've ever had to help me at an Apple store. Super patient when my phone needed to update before we could finish setting up my new Watch, and we ended up chatting about Star Trek, DEF CON, and all other sorts of fun stuff. Store managers take note - he is your best asset. I will be holding off on buying my new Mac next year until I in Vegas again in August to buy it from him.
