  • If I could give this horrible place zero stars I would. I have literally been here for thirty minutes waiting by bell desk to drop off a simple package for a hotel guest. For a "hotel" of this scale there should be multiple people here and on top of this front desk can't do a single thing such as accept a package? Honestly How hard is it for you to verify if a hotel guest is indeed staying there and receive a package isn't that what these people are here for? Still currently waiting at 7:57 and no one has come to even ask if there is anything they can do to help. Beyond frustrated and out of the hotels I've stayed thus far (yes I'm local but I enjoy the strip as well) I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE BELLAGIO.
