The options here are pretty good and revolve mostly around the toppings available. The custard itself is more similar to ice cream than other custard joints I have frequented in vegas. The flavors for the custard alternate each day. What differentiates this place from others is the various specialty combo topping options. I tried the tutti fruti (pineapple, peach, and peanuts) topping and the hot apple and walnuts (hot apples, walnuts - haha) topping. Both were very good. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options really.
A problem I have is there are so many choices on the menu for the specialty toppings and it can be overwhelming. I panic-picked when it was my turn to order because I was unsure of what to get. Luckily, it turned out deliciously.
A gripe I have is the location is situated in a scary neighborhood. There's a lot of shady looking people loitering in the area.
This is a huge tangent, but if you are hungry, try out the unnamed taco truck directly in front of the luv-it window at the opposite side of the parking lot. It is available some nights 6pm to midnight. 4.5 stars on the Andrew N. internal scale of yelpage since the business is not marked on yelp. Get the adobada tacos (spicy pork) with green sauce, onions & cilantro, and lime.
