  • If I could, I'd give a -5 stars rating. CenturyLink has proven to be the worst experience we've EVER had with a utility company. And that's saying something. We were sold on the new PRISM television service and high-speed internet package. But after more than one "no call, no show" on their install dates, turns out they could provide neither the Prism TV service NOR the 25MB internet service. They tried to get us to take the 10MB internet service, but even then they didn't show up on the date they scheduled. Thanks to Yelp and the community threads, I was able to see there were many other frustrated customers and that the alternative, Cox Cable, was clearly the best choice for internet in the Las Vegas area. So we went with our Yelp neighbors' suggestions and got DirecTV for television and Cox for internet. Thanks, Yelpers!
