My family and I visited the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory Tour in November 2016 and loved the cactus garden Christmas light show.
The Ethel M. Factory tour is located in Henderson, which is just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip.
This is a no fee attraction. The chocolate factory tour is basically looking into the kitchen and preparation/packing area behind a glass window. It's very short tour, about 10 minutes if you go slow. At the end of the tour they have a very small sample of chocolate. You can try either a Dark, Milk, or White piece of chocolate.
They have a very large chocolate gift shop where you can buy either pre-packaged chocolates or pick your favorites. It's very expensive. The small pieces of chocolate are $2 a piece.
There is also a chocolate tasting room, where you can sample different types of chocolate. The price is $15 per person.
The best part of this attraction is the 3 acre cactus garden, especially during the holidays, where they light the entire cactus garden up with Christmas lights. Your able to walk all around the cactus garden at your leisure and look at the different lights. The kids loved it. If your in the Vegas area during the holidays, I would go to Ethel M. for the light show alone. The lights do not come on until 5pm.
Wish chocolate tour was a little more in-depth, and the chocolates were not so expensive, but the Christmas lights make up for it.
