Stopped in twice, but only tried one thing due to the ridiculous wait. The smoothie I had was delicious, so I went back a second time because I wanted to try a bowl. It was crowded, but I thought I I'll stick it out. Well I order and the cashier was completely distracted by another customer who was already being helped by someone. Come on, I am right in front of you...I think one person can handle the other customer's minor issue. I complete my transaction and I am waiting, but hear someone ask how long the wait is for a berry bowl and she said FORTY minutes. Got my card refunded and walked out. I'm not going to pay $10 for a bowl, shitty service, and wait 40 mins. It's a shame because there aren't many places like Salud in Pittsburgh (probably why they can get away with making people wait 40 mins). Get it together, hire more polite staff, and refine your process please.
