  • I don't know why people keep bashing this apartment complex. Rent is much higher per sq/ft in other nice areas of Henderson. Light traffic and quiet complex. Front office staff is nice. The manager is great. I have had three occasions where I either forgot to pay the rent on time or bounced a check. I went straight to the office as soon as i found out and let them know. Each time the manager gave me a break and allowed me to pay without lawyer or other fees associated. The pool closes at 11 so people wont keep you up all night having parties like their on thier own backyard. Hreat place and highly recommended.
