  • I just had a great used car buying experience here. I have been looking for a specific car, they had it, and were perfectly reasonable negotiating with me. I preface this with I am a 'car person' I know and love cars, and educate myself by researching as much as I can. Please people, if you go to a car dealership and don't educate yourself beforehand, you're going to have a bad time... lol Steven the sales person was pleasant, calm, not pushy, and accommodating. Courtney in finance was wonderfully helpful, and despite my guarded and mistrustful nature was able to get me a better rate and warranty than I expected. As a side note Juan and Gina in service are helpful assets as well (husband has his car serviced here). Thanks Infiniti of Scottsdale. I am happy with my purchase, and look forward to servicing my beautiful new Infiniti here! Also, they have a dealership dog. Louis the Frenchie is reason enough to come here alone, haha.
