  • Business closes an hour earlier than posted. Manager was extremely rude. I spent almost $1,000 in Plantworks and when I arrived the next day to exchange an item at 3:30pm manager said everyone's gone. You probably won't find what you want so rather than waste your time and mine, come back another day. As my time was already wasted on a 50 mile round trip, I'm feeling he really meant just his time. When I came back again, same guy, same behavior. Returned item instead of exchanging. Too bad, as they have some nice stuff. Would have spent another $1,000 if manager had just been able to say "I'm sorry" with sincerity.. Apparently not in his vocabulary. Funny because he was dressing down a supplier for poor service when I made my original purchase. On the showroom floor. Guess it only bothers him to be on the receiving end of poor service. Do business elsewhere with someone who will appreciate you. I will NEVER give them my money again.
