rev:text	Bad experience at the Las Vegas airport counter with employee Elsa. She was very confrontational and intimidating in her approach to upgrade car choice and insurance. I heard her trying to intimidate many customers before my horrible experience with her! If she can not sell you insurance she lets you know what a bad choice you've made, tries to make you feel like you are signing your life away by renting a car from her, then you get the very cold, condescending attitude as she angrily points you in the direction to get to your car....I would never use this company again!
