  • The food is okay, not the best like another locations I have been in. The personnel is kind of rood specially the female cooked, and the say the restroom they have inside is not public and that they do not have a restroom for customers. They sometimes send you to the PTS nextdoor, but the PTS doesn't let you use their restroom either, they say that Don Tortaco has a restroom. I will not be back after all that struggle over a restroom.
