  • Not impressed. Staff isn't friendly, I've been there 3 times with my lab and she's terrified every time. I really wanted to like them as I prefer to support local business over big retailers. But I'm done with Kimbur. All three times the staff has been cold, not interested in customer service at all and they do nothing to reassure me or my lab when she gets nervous, When I pick her up from her grooming I never notice much of anything done except her fur always feels damp. I found a great lady who grooms out of her home and the difference is amazing. Her name is Karen you can find her on Instagram
