  • This is really a zero star post. When we pulled up the guy said it would be a 5-10 minute wait to even talk to him. As we were talking to each other about maybe just ordering milk shakes he interrupts and says in a really rude tone to tell us the milkshake machine was down. Then when I ask for coffee he gives some obnoxious remark about how the pot was an hour and a half old. (Um make a new one? While we are waiting 5-10 mins in line) I turn to my friend and say "It seems like he just wants us to leave?" He then comes over the intercom and says again very rude "I don't want you to leave but obviously you can do whatever you want!" I reply that of course I can do what I want, except get what I wanted to order. He then tells me he still reserves the right to ask me to leave. Okay this is when I lost it and told the little shit to F off. I then got out of my car and told the cars behind me they were pretty much out of everything and there was a 10 min wait for what they did have. Everyone backed up and we also backed out and left. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I went to Carl's Jr once and the grill had broken. They did everything they could to get me to still order. Considering they could not make burgers it was a very impressive experience. But this one at Jack In the Box was crazy!
