  • I contacted Jimmy Joe's Plumbing after the downstairs toilet in my rental property stopped filling up. I sent a request on Yelp and heard back from Erin within the hour. She took my information and some details about my plumbing issue and said they had availability the next day to come out and take a look. I got a confirmation text from them after my appointment was booked as well as a notification when Jimmy Joe was on his way Tommy property. He was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently and sent me an invoice right away. I appreciated his professionalism and the ease of scheduling and the text reminders. I will continue to use Jimmy Joe for all my plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone.
