  • I went in there 15 minutes before closing on a weeknight. The two young gentleman there were so helpful to me in solving my problem. It's rare you get such good service from young men these days especially right before closing. I didn't even end up purchasing anything as they helped me find a solution using parts from other retailers and online. I will definitely go here in future if I need something from Fanco just due to the customer service alone.
