  • I love Dr. Silverware and he is a great Dentist. Kind , patient and very thorough. But the office is a mess. They cancel appointments all the time for one reason or another .I had an appoint for the 27th of December for over 4 months and then 1 week before they called and canceled. But yet I continued to get text reminders of my appointment on the 27th. then the office called yesterday to make sure that I knew the office would be closed permanently on Wednesdays and that my appointment was cancelled . It is very frustrating to continue to make sure I take time and schedule my day to go to the dentist office and yet again my appointment is canceled. I have to pay if I don't show up or cancel in a timely manner but they do no have any consequences for me rearranging my life. I will not go back to that office and I am very sad to leave. the Dentist there is exceptional.
