  • It was a Hell! My experience this branch. I was specifically what exactly I want for my hair. It was very basic and she can't do it! My hair is plain straight . My hair length is about a little more down off my shoulder. This is exactly! What I told her : Me : " I comb my hair start in the the middle. I want you to trim my hair above off my shoulder but not too short. ( I figure about 3-5 inches!) . That's it! " She was really confident and very talker! But I notice that she did like different angle . I'm thinking " This is weird just to trim an inches of hair" . Then she finally said " it's done!" Then she explain to me how my skull is shape that my hair in the back it's not doing ok that's why she have to do a " Layers " of my hair!! ( Say what!!) . I was terrified and shock! . I look in the mirror and I saw this very short layers in my head! Literally! And what's baddest part is!! It's only on the left side. I ask her why she do that! I told her specifically what I want and NoT what she want!!! I want to scream at her but I was so shock!!! With my hair that I was so distracted. I will never go that place ever. I wish! That place is closed forever. They should shut down that branch. I don't know what school she go but they should take her license away. I should look at yelp first their review before I went there. It was really horrible experience. This never happen to me before. I advise anyone not to go in this branch ever. The manager doesn't care how horrible their hair stylist . This Place deserve nothing but to closed the business. Don't deserve any star !!! The only reason I put 1 star because I have no choice or else I won't be able to post my review.
